Yes - but not so positive - requesting an investigation in ADR trading, presumably because for about 10 days it was been 5 - 20 % lower the AU (approx).
It does not, actually, mean much, and an investigation could just have ligitimately (or illegitimately) have been sought when the disparity was the converse.
