this comes down, in terms of negligent law of contracts.
the liability almost certainly likely on BOD of MLM for breaching unprofessional negligent.
As a third innocents party buyer AUZ did purchase in good faith which was layout by MLM selling contract with all the responsibility facts sets out by them.
therefore, AUZ is not liable anything else from outside the purchase contract.
