I've have no idea where this guy fits into the OTOC/Veris picture but it seems he has big stones and is happy to put his money where his mouth is. In the 2018 Annual Report it looks like he had 2.5 million shares (No. 16 on the top 20 list), now he has 19.8 million, even at 6c ea that's an additional $1 million plus tipped in, possibly just to have a crack at rolling the Board.
