Well, regarding the partnering , I think it stands to reason that's it's obviously ongoing due to the fact that more than one interested party is involved. Simply, if there were there was only one party or none for that matter , we would have been informed of same by now. The longer it takes the better off we will be ,at least that's what i think.
Also during this process the fact that nothing is leaking out simply demonstrates that Macquarie is doing it's job correctly.
So as they used to say to us in an earlier profession....hurry up and wait !
