Yes it was underwritten as per announcement 20th May

• H.C. Wainwright named as Underwriter and sole Running Manager of US Public Offering .

It is my opinion that the underwriters delayed the Nasdaq listing because of poor US investor interest and were not prepared to carry the can.
It was always my opinion that GMV needed more solid footing , including secure revenue producing orders to see a successful Nasdaq listing , these did not eventuate and therefore neither did the Nasdaq listing.
Still waiting for the company to explain the delay.
