    Interesting that it's trading at a ~20% discount to NTA with a ~6.5% dividend yield.

    In July the company announced dividend reserves adequate to sustain the curent dividend rate for approximately 4.5 years. That indicates good stability and I think there's significant upside. I'm looking to buy more at these prices!
