Director sales on their own are seldom a good indicator to sell a stock. Look at Baby Buntings (BBN). It's execs sold stock six months ago and they posted a cracker of a result.
From my experience, a more accurate sell signal is when insiders are selling as dark clouds are forming. Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) is a case in point. It's founder sold shares as questions were emerging about its US ops.
From what I can see, BCC is more like BBN than RWC. Just my 2cents.
