Ann: PSC Announcement Re Year End Result, page-4

Based on a very quick review of the Dec 2018 balance sheet, this writedown looks like it will bring the net assets per share value down to about 14c per share (although the NTA per share is significantly negative!). I am assuming here that this $40m is in addition to the H1 writedowns.
I also note their comment that 'normalised EBITDA' has slightly improved from the $6.3m pointed to in June. Its unclear whether this means that the normalisation adjustments are now bigger or it is actually a better result ;-). I just wish they would publish the accounts so we can actually work out ourselves what is going on rather than rely on these cryptic announcements.
