I dont think the major point of this ann is the aquistion, although as stated it does add $2 mill in revenue/400k in profit from Singapore).
I would say the positive side of the ann is the fact that Ascendas Investments, which is ownded by the Singapore Governement, now owns 4.5% of the company.
Its got to be good for future business in Singpaore when the Government is a shareholder in your company.
Well done Mr Soon - must have good connections there somewhere. V
