Seeing that Burwill released their SGX SSH notices on 19 August, a full week worse than on the ASX, and went into halt the same day, I wonder whether they are already in strife.
You see, the Companies Act in Singapore is exactly the same as the Corporations Act in Aus.
Thus, a breach of one is a breach of the other.
So, what will I do about it? If the reason for the Burwill halt isn't to do with a breach then I'll do what we should all do when we notice a potential breach of securities and company law.
