I never thought of rules around the time between converting options to shares and market sensitive sales guidance etc. announcements. Good point.


However though Bob you say that JT has 66mil shares and 36mil options - are you sure of that? Are we sure that the ENTIRE portfolio with Alpha First & Strategic Capital management belongs to JT?

Not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to learn about this as well to determine some reasons as to why conversion from options to shares now.
