all well and good, but the mkt is not selling the stock down for improving operational updates every few weeks (1 year too late imho)it's the debt covenants in the contract between PNL AND Tribeca which are not disclosed. The Sp will not stop falling until PNL as a company makes board level change and addresses the elephant in the room...
stop dicking around and pretending like everything is ok if there is no issue state that and clear the decks. if there is an issue, sort it out now before Tribeca forces your hand.
