Bonafide had been increasing their holding & this is an easy way for them to do so off market at the current price. I'd also expect them to take up their convertibles as well.

The development in the litigation is interesting, what have they found that they want to expand the case on? Sounds positive.

agreed, depending on who holds the note, I've seen some horror overhangs with persistent dumping which keeps a lid on things long term until its soaked up. In this case (having followed this stock a long while) I like it, I think it makes sense. Almost considering an entry here.
