Feel Better:Complain About Anything, page-12031

The only time I have ever heard this phrase about ponds and ducks has been here. I needed to look it up on the Google.

That happened maybe only a month ago yet have been able to interact with the world with comprehension, without needing to expand my "vocabulary" to embrace such delights. I have worn the teacher's hat sufficiently long in the past to now have zero interest at all in wishing to point out any "obvious defect" in anyone these days. Smart males, given enough female company, work it all out very effectively for themselves. They could short-cut the process by taking wise adult women's advice. Others? They just remain lonely and wonder why...... as they pass into their dotage.

What I miss most about teenagers is their ability to get me up to speed on all kinds of things - technology, dating terminology, why I am out-of-date, etc etc. They gave me quick lessons very willingly and enthusiastically. My, the things I was able to learn....lol
