Lord Spesh, I agree.
So maybe "scare mongering" is the wrong word for me to use. Maybe more apt is "pessimism," "negativity" or "fear" that is normal at somewhere near the bottom of a nasty correction.
When shares are somewhere near a bottom after a severe correction, in my experience they usually look like they are going to fall lower, but don't!
