    A40/Tribeca knew Burwill was selling us down and going broke.

    A40/Tribeca came up with good story to halt/suspend us.

    Burwill couldn't keep selling its shares to try to pay its debt.

    Burwill went under.

    A40/Tribeca win.

    Lest we forget, BURWILL DID NOT FILE A SSH CHANGE OF INTEREST NOTICE UNTIL 2 WEEKS LATE, AFTER WE WENT INTO SUSPENSION.
