I think your spot on with your comments in relation to finding funding and a partner one a decision on SDV has been made.

I would also like to add, there has been some discussion of late in relation to the options exercisable at $2.73 per share by June 2020. DYOR, however there is one KPI left to be achieved (other that higher share price than $2.73) in order for these $13m odd of shares to be triggered, which is a decision of how to take SDV to production.

I believe we will have this decision shortly once the results of the tech are known. If successful and a decision to go modular is made GXY could well be producing from SDV by the end of 2020. So at what point does the US$1.4b NPV of SDV get factored into the GXY share price? Before or after the 65m shorts cover?

Last quarterly told us the early results of tech at SDV have been encouraging. Looks good if you ask me.

IIRC he said Q4 for an updated project execution strategy and timeline. That's what my notes say anyway...

Could therefore be December.
