With AGS I’ve been nervously watching the erosion of AGS’s cash reserves, but was caught unawares by this bid to privatise. Especially as the controlling « associates » are so inter related. Aren’t Ian, Bob (and Steve now) as well as Anthony Gray (and maybe the other Anthony) all linked in some way to Gandel Metals? ... Do we have a « white knight » here, or something less ethical? .. Perception, as they say, is everything. ... My own perception, like others’, I do realise though could be influenced by a much better offer.
