Hi Diamo, I don't want to buy into a massive back and forth here, but what @breal describes happens frequently with many tickers.
Whilst it is not quite so easy to do with a low liquidity/turnover ticker, it is still very much possible.
This strategy is what helps brokers make such a lot of money from the retail investors.
"Playing" the market is a regularly used strategy to build positions - take a look at some of the weekly broker reports to see and confirm.
