Does it really matter now that JBL holds between ~45%? I imagine the plan is to completely delist HML and the remaining holders that aren't pirates will be left holding an unlisted public black box company.

The next step will be the pirates trying to consolidates HML's accounts into JBL's which means those that aren't pirates will truely have no idea of what HML's position is.
