Lets go with the 70/30 debt equity. We need 40mill Aud. So financier stumps up 28mill with an interest component of who knows? 10%? It's not unsecured so I can't see it being 30%. We need to raise a further 12mill. As the last soph inv raise was at 23c lets go with that. We need 52mill shares thereabouts. Add that to current register of 317mill is it? Still under 400 mill shares. Simplistic I know but feel free to add your comments/scenario.
