Fairisfair is on the money and the deal looks to me to be fair...we just have to see if the creditors take it up.

The only other option is Liquidation and it will probably take them the same time to get their money back.....or wait and get most of it.

I am pretty confident on them taking it...but its all upto to them.

Yeah...you can see they are not lying down...they are standing up and throwing their hat into the ring.

Its been quite an amazing ride since Chris Scott and Craig Chapman got into MFS.

They have been getting hammered from every angle....everyone wants to sue the pants off OCV....and those in there now didn't do the messing up of the company.....funny situation.

Well..this certainly could be a turn around point.

If the creditors accept this deal, I assume the company financials previously not signed off by KPMG will need to be signed of as having met the corporations act and then OCV would apply to ASIC for re-listing.
