As announced to ASX on 31 May 2019, in order to allow the Company to focus on development of itsflagship Borborema Project, Big River divested the Juruena and Novo Astro Projects to MeteoricResources Limited (Meteoric) for consideration that included 50,000,000 shares in Meteoricrepresenting a 5.62% shareholding in the company. Big River notes that the Meteoric shares wereissued to the Company at a deemed priced of $0.01 per Share compared to the last Meteoric shareprice of A$0.026 on 22 July 2019. Further Meteoric shares up to a value of A$1.5 million may be paidto Big River subject to project milestones.Meteoric announced on 22 July 2019 that the first of two diamond drill rigs have arrived on site atJuruena to initially drill 26 holes for a total of 4,700m over the next three months. Big River will keepshareholders updated with material updates when available

this means that on current SP, BRV is making a 5X profit on their invstment in MEI. This is on top of their own value.
