still looks f'ed. getting to the bottom of the trough - hopefully no sticky mud there to keep it from rising again. Chart is very sickly!!! and appears nothing to prevent further SP decrease.
either some good will come out soon or there will be a mass exodus from the imperium offices at the same time! which is it??
