That ‘oversight’ hardly a good look considering the recent history of Admedus, these guys really need to start getting things over the line rather than continually ‘fumbling’ the ball.
That Admedus is one of many, (on that list) ‘many’ what?, as in state of other companies?

imo, listing rule 2.1 of the ASX could end up being relevant especially if can safeguard RIs, as per my last example previous post.

That said company needs to clarify that a oversight has indeed happened, RIs going thru’ enough angst at the minute!
