I don't think non shareholders can hold proxies unless they are challenging, stand corrected on that though....
any current shareholder can be allocated proxies......Gadens will organise what is best .......they won't want
to be involved in a failed 249d in a company this size, mildly surprising they took it on....
The reality is, current directors don't have anything to fall back on re current status of BDI......I can't see
them having a hope in hell of defending this successfully......that's just a personal view though
