Storms this morning cut my trading week short by about 4 hours due to power and phone line disruptions. Only just got back online.
It's only been a week or two since the power was out for around 5 hours (fortunately after the market was closed), and the 3rd time it's happened this year.
Does anyone have contingency plans for this sort of thing occuring on a regular basis?
Not sure whether to pay extra and get a wireless service (are they reliable?) so i can see what's going on if the power goes out.
I'm not sure what the most cost effective alternatives are - anyone got any ideas?
