Having given further thought, I am still not convinced there has been such a big loss of customers. I the recent annual report it was stated that no one customer accounted for more than 4% of revenue. Quite possibly the distributor/distributors can add names/details to the locator faculty, but each individual pharmacy has there own direct account. Looking through stuff I think it quite likely ananda professional has been replaced by green roads, who have an imitation green roads professional range exclusively for pharmacists.
