    BD Kiestra’s product is in a totally different market to APAS - large capital cost US$2.5m and part of fully automated lab flow environment, but doesn’t do plate reading at this stage.

    see company update issued on 30 April on page 7.

    so I’d BD wanted quick access to this market perhaps they could well be a viable distributor
