After 3 years of watching his face, one word comes to mind (or two), burn-out.
I would like to think Vince would like him to take a break, come back refreshed, for what is coming in the next 12-18 months as mentioned in the video. Clearly they want to play the long (short to medium term) game. They want MC at his best.
The other thing I picked up from the video were the following words... "With successful phase II in hand." Make of that what you will.
