There's no evidence that it does. If Lynas management cared about its shareholders, they would launch an all out campaign to have Malaysia abandon its beads and rattles and enter the 21st century by adopting a modern definition of radioactive. If that happens, then Condisoil goes on the market and both the Malaysian people and Lynas benefit. It's much more likely Lynas will move all operations out of Malaysia. Either way LYC will prosper, the only question is if the Malaysian people will be cheated out of their future by foreign operatives.
