I just don't see where you get $1.6m direct COGS for $1m of sales?

You are assuming all of the 'production' outlay is direct COGS? When in fact there is no mention of the outlay solely being 'direct COGS'.. just that it's the costs of the group of revenue producing entities? Similarly, 'development' is noted the MCL entity costs.

I can see the $872k & $1073k of production entity costs quite easily. But still having difficulty trying to understand the basis of your numbers.
