PLS has a 140million dollar debt fully drawn.
has a 12% interest rate to pay on that debt.
there is no near term solution to increasing shippment of the lithium. Cash will disappear soon.
its either a cap raise or partnering.
if they dont want to do a deal then it should be a cap raise.
so why are they not doing it at 70c,60,50c,40c,...
share price?
