This whole debacle becomes more comical day by day. A large debtor of On Q Group in the name of McDougall on the creditors committee of Bill Express??? Ran the Food & Beverage Divisions into liquidation. Owes mega $$$$'s to small businesses in Northern Victoria. May be these companies rise again under the control of McDougall or an associated identity. Passports should be handed in!!! What a joke. The GRIFTER rides again.
