There will be no production for AVZ for at least three years, more likely five so discussions of US$550 pt are irrelevant.

When and not if AVZ does enter production the world will be a different place, markets will have evolved, EVs will be common place and the appetite for lithium will have ripened. The oversupply days will be over and prices will have corrected as basic school hood economics come into play.

You either believe in this evolution or you don’t. I really just don’t see the middle ground on this one. I see a swift blow coming to fossil, I’m sure their best efforts may slow the progression but once momentum gains traction it’s all over.

I for one appreciate Horse’s continued posting of EV news, these stories are the building blocks of the industry, every positive story lends more credibility to the lithium story.

I’m all in on the electric revolution, time will tell wether I’ve made the right decision. But watching the huge investments in giga factories, massive R&D from big auto, diversification by oil into charging stations. Mandates on ICE vehicles being brought forward, emission standards being redefined. The USA slowly changing its tune as the taste of defeat to the Chinese starts to sour the palate. Let’s add this to the critical metals list!

Horse mate, I’m not sure on you’re prediction for a turn early next year. But I’m certain an enormous correction before late 2022. As previously stated more than happy to be proven wrong.
