A hostile takeover aint going to happen.
Directors own more than 10%. Any predator would require 90% before compulsory acquisition.
Given that major shareholders _will_ benefit from the near future current market in phosphate, they would not sell their stake unless a fair price was offered.
A takeover at the current capitalisation is not realistic.
