BSI are twiddling their thumbs and counting the dollars pouring in from Oncosil... do you need your thumbs to count dollars? if you do, then BSI is just counting the dollars pouring in from the Oncosil account.


C'mon go ahead, ask OSL how much of your money they've handed out to BSI and as salaries to themselves? only for BSI to knock back accepting the application for the last 6 years... and the last 10 years before that as other entities.
