Clearly you don't understand, or perhaps like Donald, don't even read the definitions you post, numerous points among those you referenced clearly exclude REO as a "commodity" material.
The 15% exchange traded is Chinese domestic data, Lynas has never been much more than a few points and now clearly nothing.
Lynas most definitely do not believe, or treat, any REO as a "commodity" so your misguided thought bubble just a distraction here.
