I can't see it going below 40c.

Though if the market turns next week and the US heads down hard anything can happen. If there are panicing sellers or worse forced sellers it could easily be pushed down.

If copper prices stay high as they have been then copperco (premerger) would be earning around 20c a share. So at 40c the PE would be 2!!! A 2 year payoff and then money for nothing!

There is no doubt that the merger will add some risk in the short term however the benefits are compelling.
