I don´t think that this move has something to do with results and/or a cloudy guidance 2020. This move came out of the blue - especially with regard to his great commitment some weeks ago (Independent, Non-Executive Director Thorsten Kraemer has committed to take-up 100% of his entitlement and provide subunderwriting support for up to a further one million shares to the Retail Entitlement Offer). Could be a private matter but also a collision of interests with his role as a member of the supervisory committee at Freenet AG - one of the biggest european MVNO´s. If the management has an eye on amaysim Mr. Krämer would be caught in the middle - but that´s speculation. Time will tell.
