Regarding Virgin Blue

Oil is now at a profitable price for virgin blue and guess they would turn the loss forecast into a profit if it stays that way.

All aircraft and parts are bought in USD, this surely has a positive cost reduction for VBA.

Joining the ASX300 has mean share buying.

Branson group confirming they will be taking a more active role. Cant see the founder not jumping on board to push VBA full steam ahead.

Surely it is an attractive takeover if for no other reason then to get there access to the trans-pacific routes.
