My reasoning was based on them owning 49% through AAM plus what ever they currently have in ATC. 49%+9%=58. I agree there would most likely be some hurdles but it looks possible. I am not saying its a bad thing though as with how long finance from mac is taking this looks like the only way we are going to get this final funding sorted. Starting to become very annoying how long this is dragging on. Credit to Iggy and the crew for getting it moving while waiting for finance!
