    Nah, he said it. Then his media/spin team came in a bit later in the day saying that he meant to say hike tarrifs. He regrets starting this whole thing.

    Hopefully eventually we'll see a turnaround in the stockmarkets (or people just start ignoring the idiot completely) cos I'd love a period of APT stability
