Great result and well done to Mark and his team - delivered as promised during his first annual report. Great to see that GM is 22%+ with more improvements coming. He has pulled all the right levers extremely well to deliver an excellent result. I remember thinking 2-3 years ago that i'd bought into a company that had great potential but was a mess.
My take for the next 2-3 years:
- good growth forecast, with high barriers to entry (therefore low risk)
- great mgmt team - delivering in cost cutting/ lean ops and putting in place technology that will provide continued margin improvements as they scale up
- share price should start to improve with forecast improvements in Rev, GM and EBIT.
