Just to shed light from another perspective, in my time with MRP, Ashok and Jeff have bought shares themselves, up to even a few months before the merger with IRC. Can't speak for Jon as not much experience with him yet, but my impression is that Ashok and Jeff believes in the company's long term prospective and puts skin in the game.
