I am sitting quietly here reading all this and I think the sentiment is clear but we are powerless to do anything about it. It is just consistent with what the outside market is saying about JAT and management. Crazy management decisions and decision being made after achieving the result.
Targets are supposed to be set for 3 to 5 years, business plans in place, and all adjusted and reviewed with the flow of the business over the years. You do not set targets to pay out rewards after the targets have been achieved or will easily be achieved.
Also does anyone know this address? Is it a private residence?
