Human memories aren't very sharp but I swear I recall her saying she would be selling "most" of her shares this year to cover an investment / tax and then start to build a holding. If I'm correct then she's doing exactly what she said she would, perhaps selling a little for less than the market expects as the SP has appreciated a bit since then so she won't have to sell as many.
