I'm not sure either, don't know diddly about Oz tax but unsure whether she's obliged to pay tax only on the vested time-based rights? It's confusing. Anyway, at least we know she's going to sell some (not all) and wants to build a shareholding. As someone else said, it'd be great to see her put her own new money into building that shareholding some time in the future.
