The Dow is finding support at the long term fulcrum level 10700 ish hammered out by the the diamond consolidation at the top of the tech boom days. this level is also the completion of a 3 wave correction and a 50% retracement fro the last 5yr run.
no one rings a bell at market bottoms and sentiment always lags behind.
