    If you go to the announcement dated 14 August, page 17 under Protections it says
    "GFG" will not be allowed to secure more than 3% every six months? Ok If this deal proceeds he will play the game for 24 Months and accumulate a additional 24% holding giving him including the 51% as part of this deal a holding of 75%. Under the Protections Clause page 17 it then triggers a delisting of the Shares from the ASX DYOR and check what i have just said! it will result in GFG owning 75%. Please tell me if I am Wrong!
